These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of untanglgroup.com (the "Site"), operated by Untangl Group ("Untangl," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. About the Site

The Site is an informational website describing our custom software, automation, AI, and integration services. Nothing on the Site is a binding offer, a quote, or professional advice. Any engagement to provide services is governed by a separate written agreement between you and Untangl.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to:

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site or its security;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or data;
  • Use automated means to scrape or overload the Site;
  • Submit false information or another person's details without permission;

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Untangl and its founders will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Site, even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Untangl from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or your breach of these Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in British Columbia for any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted here, and we'll revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
